Biography:

Android 17, designated KT1007, is a fictional character from the Dragon Ball Z anime series. He first appeared in episode 133, "Nightmare Comes True."

Originally a human named Lapis, he was kidnapped and forcibly turned into a cyborg by Dr. Gero, an evil scientist seeking revenge against Goku. Android 17, along with his twin sister Android 18, possesses immense power and an endless energy supply.

Initially programmed to destroy Goku, Android 17 rebels against Dr. Gero and activates Android 16. He is known for his rebellious attitude and desire for freedom. Later in the series, he becomes a park ranger, protecting wildlife and living a peaceful life.
